Today’s Washington Post has a front-page article headlined “Widespread Complaints About a Rudderless Government.” Here’s the first paragraph:

Well, there will be a number of “sailors” who parachute in with the Obama Transition Team at NASA HQ on Monday. They won’t work the rudder, but they will start to develop a map of where the agency will soon be asked to steer.
